  will be used to support the direct, retail and other consumer marketing program efforts of Montesin Enterprises LLC.

If you would like to consider selling Catch the A’ccent(R) products or licensing use of the Catch the A’ccent (R) logo, please read the two options below:

Selling our products in your retail establishment(s):

You can sell our products on a city-by-city exclusive basis. All we require is that you maintain a certain minimum percentage of sales (*) based on the population of that city. In the case of cities in large metropolitan areas that number will be negotiated. In the case of cities that are small in population but are high in traffic (tourist locations for instance) the number will be based on demonstrable traffic statistics. You do not have to sell our products exclusively and you will be allowed to display the Catch the A’ccent logo as being part of our chain.

* Sales definition: ordering and maintaining inventory of the products.

Making our products and selling to retailers:

You can make and sell our products to dsitributors, wholesalers or retailers on a city-by-city exclusive basis. All we require is that you maintain a certain minimum percentage of sales (*) based on the population of that city and that the manufacturing of the product meets our strict quality and social standards. In this case we only require a royalty fee per product sold and certified with your clients.  Please review the conditions outlined in the previous paragraph.

Other uses by profit or non-profit organizations:

• Organizations that service and/or support the Latino community and want
  to emphasize that work may license the use of the Catch the A’ccent logo
  for display. Manufacturing, education, retail, food or media companies
  that hire substantial numbers of Latinos and can prove it, may obtain a license to use the logo for a fee.
  
• The logo may be displayed on the products or services offered on a variable
  per item fee basis or in physical or electronic store locations for a fixed fee.
  We will be able to provide a quote of that fee for seriously interested
  bona fide reputable organizations. Only organizations that have been
  in active business for three years or more and can articulate, document
  and maintain their mission statement will be considered.
  
  Montesin Enterprises reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any applicant
  for any reason and will definitely not consider either religious or political
  organizations.
  
  

Please review these options carefully. Montesin Enterprises does not guarantee that use of these options will be successful. It is up to you to understand the financial, marketing and organizational implications and consequences of subscribing to either option alone or all options together.
